Voucher Booking

Vouchers can be purchased through the pricing page by credit/debit card, PayPal or by phoning the office direct.

 

By purchasing a Voucher on www.warwickshireflightexperience.co.uk You enter into an agreement with Us. By booking an activity with us. You then enter into an agreement with Warwickshire flight experience and will be subject to our terms and conditions.

 

You should check carefully to ensure You are compliant with them. It is the responsibility of the Voucher holder to ensure that the activity is booked within time bearing in mind that the expiry date of the Voucher. Once You have booked Your activity.

 

 

We send your voucher within 24 hours of booking or sooner if required.

 

Printed Vouchers are sent by First Class Royal Mail (or Special Delivery where selected) We cannot be held liable for any cost or inconvenience caused due to delayed or lost mail. E-Vouchers are sent in PDF format by email immediately after purchase and are not subject to postage and packing fees. We advise that You print and take a copy of the e-Voucher with You on the day of Your activity.

Security of Payment

Our Vouchers are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of Warwickshire Flight Experience becoming insolvent, some or all of the credit on the Vouchers may not be available to spend. However, if You made Your purchase using a Visa Credit or Debit card or a MasterCard Credit card, you may be able to make a claim under the protection offered by Visa or MasterCard; please read the terms and conditions of Your Visa Credit or Debit card or a MasterCard Credit card.

Terms and Conditions 

Please take time to read these terms and conditions (our ‘Terms’) before purchasing your Vouchers on www.warwickshireflightexperience.co.uk (our ‘Website’ as these are the Terms on which you (‘You’, ‘Your’) will be purchasing Vouchers with Warwickshire Flight Experience Ltd (‘Us’ ‘Our’ and ‘We’) for activities supplied by the relevant Warwickshire Flight Experience Ltd of that activity (‘Us’). 

Voucher Booking 

By purchasing a Voucher on www.warwickshireflightexperience.co.uk You enter into an agreement with Us. By booking an activity with us. You then enter into an agreement with Warwickshire flight experience and will be subject to our terms and conditions. 

You should check carefully to ensure You are compliant with them. It is the responsibility of the Voucher holder to ensure that the activity is booked within time bearing in mind that the expiry date of the Voucher. Once You have booked Your activity. 

Availability 

No guarantee can be made as to availability of the activity on any particular day. We advise that the Voucher holder books as soon as possible before the preferred date. This will be the limit of Our liability and We will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the Voucher holder such as travel or accommodation.

Cancellation 

Waiting time may be necessary with all activities. There is also the possibility of short notice cancellation due to reasons such as the weather, mechanical problems, staffing issues or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Supplier’s control. If the activity is cancelled, the user should simply re-book with Warwickshire Flight Experience.  

Warwickshire Flight Experience will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances. Once booked, if You cancel without giving the required notice under the terms and conditions for that activity, Your activity may be forfeited. Please check the cancellation terms and conditions of the Supplier carefully when booking.  

Refunds 

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase unless the activity has already been booked with the Supplier. The request for a refund must be made within fourteen calendar days. Refunds after this period will be at Our sole discretion and will be subject to a £20 or 20% (whichever is greater) fee. Note that refunds can only be made to the purchaser. Refunds will not be made to a Voucher holder who is not the purchaser, or any third party. This will be the limit of Our liability and We will not be responsible for any costs incurred such as travel or accommodation. 

Complaints

The easiest way of resolving a complaint is to address them on the day with the Warwickshire Flight Experience about the relevant activity. If Your complaint cannot be resolved on the day, please send details to us at info@warwickshireflightexperience.co.uk, including your Voucher number, date of the activity and who You spoke to on the day.  

Spectators 

We permit You to bring spectators to watch You participate in Your chosen activity. Whilst we endeavour to provide information regarding spectators You must inform the us when booking Your activity if You would like to bring spectators. All spectators are expected to adhere to the terms and conditions of us, including for example – alcohol consumption and behaviour. For more information, please contact us.

 

Personal Data 

The Data Protection Act 1998 requires Us to inform You that We hold information You provide on Our database. You acknowledge that You will be providing Us with Your personal information when making bookings for activities and You permit Us to provide these to the Supplier with whom You book your activity/activities with. We use the information primarily for the provision of providing You with activities from the relevant Supplier to You and for related purposes, including updating and keeping Our records up to date. Our use of that information is subject to Your instructions and the Data Protection Act 1998
